LADIES FASHION SHOW

A ladies fashion show has been arranged for Monday 19th November 2007 at Monks Sports Club 7pm start. Tickets are priced at £3.00 each and everyone is welcome. Please support this event as all ticket proceeds are going towards the children’s Christmas party at LA Bowl. Please bring friends and family with you. If you would like to attend please let your manager know how many tickets you require and provide them with the £3 fee per person.

ADULTS CHRISTMAS PARTY

Tickets will be available for the Adults Christmas party shortly from your managers. This years party is to be held on Saturday 15th December at Monks Sports Club, the night involves a disco and a hot pot supper. 7pm – till late. Price £5.00 per ticket.

Space is limited and full payment is required before tickets will be issued. Tickets will only be sold to parents/guardians of players and any returns must be given back to a committee member/Manager.

PLAYERS CHRISTMAS PARTY

This year the children’s parties will be held at L A Bowl, Winwick. Please see below for the date and time of your Childs party. If you could please complete the tear off slip to confirm your child’s attendance and return to your team fund raising representative or a committee member by the 18th November so we can confirm numbers.

SMALL SIDED TEAMS - Under6’s/Under 7’s/Under 8’s/Under 9’s and Under 10’s. Your party is on Sunday 9th December 2007 2pm – 5pm. The children get an hour and half of bowling then have a disco and food.

ELEVEN A SIDE TEAMS – Under 11’s, Under 12’s, Under 13’s and Under 14’s. Your party is on Saturday 8th December 2007 starting at 2pm – 5pm. The children get an hour and half of bowling then have a disco and food.

If you have an e-mail addresses please send them to jason.flinders@tiscali.co.uk giving the name and age group your child belongs to. This is to enable more direct communication and cut down on the amount of photocopying.
