How it all started

Yvonne Gorman was originally training the under 6's. She asked Ste to help out as the numbers were increasing. Shortly after when Ste couldn't make training due to work committments Noel was asked to help out which he did as and when needed. Then Mark brought Jack along to training and soon he too was helping out. Finally Neil was brought on board. Ste, Mark and Yvonne then split the boys up with them three training the boys in preperation for under 7's football the following season and Noel and Neil trained the younger boys. The under 7's consisted of about 22 lads and the under 6's totalled something like 40 at this point. As the season grew nearer, the under 7's were split into an A and B team with Ste and Mark running the A team and Noel and Neil running the b team
