A late kick off and a bare 11 players wasn't an ideal start to the game...however Earlstown were even worse as they only had 10 players...we started off ok with lots of passing but too many times we tried to make that extra pass when a shot at goal would have been the better option.

We went 1-0 up with Jake scoring and we should have moved on from this to dominate the game, however we failed to do this and then found ourselves 3-1 down. A disallowed goal after everybody but the ref saw the ball clearly cross the line would eventually come back to haunt us... After a roasting from Steve at halftime we started to play much better in the second half but were still too hesitant in our shooting. A cracking goal from George brought the game back to 3-2 and then Lucas unselfishly broke down the right wing and although he could have had a shot at goal he spotted Jake free in the box and laid a sublime cross right into Jake's path and the ball was in the back of the net....3-3...

At this stage we began to dominate even more ......Earlstown were on the back foot and then did the unthinkable...broke from defence and scored... 4-3 to Earlstown....and that's how it finished...

On this occasion we failed to capitalise in the second half with how much possession we had and were guilty of too much hesitency in attack....
